- No deceptions ! - Our photos show the product EXACTLY as you will receive it - packaging too (unless otherwise specified).For example: If the photo shows a pair, then the price is exactly that; "for the pair". We will never mislead you by showing you a price for one side, while at the same time showing you a photo of both sides. The pictures are of the ACTUAL product in our facility. Products are stocked IN OUR FACILITY.
- Highway Stars is an official GM licensee of the GMSPO program. You can bet that any GM Restoration products we sell, will have the official GM Restoration Parts label.
- Our website is directly linked to our "Real Time" inventory, therefore if you see a product on our website and if you can click on it to place it in your cart, this means it is on a shelf and ready for shipping *. As customers create a shopping cart and items are ordered, the products are deducted from inventory. *(unless the listing specifies it is a special material or will ship directly from the manufacturer ie; Carpet, etc.)
- If the inventory on any item is depleted, our website will simply not allow you to place it in your cart. With this perpetual inventory system, our customers will NOT experience backorders.
- New inventory shipments arrive daily, and must pass a quality inspection before being added back into inventory on our website. So if you don't see something on our site that you were hoping to find, please just inquire. It may indeed be here but awaiting inspection. We are committed to quality for all our customers.
