We highly recommended using this product to coat electrical and ignition component terminals/contacts in order to avoid corrosion and high resistance voltage loss. This is especially true when installing ignition coil packs and ignition modules. We have found a major cause of ignition module failure due to high resistance at corroded module to coil connections. The increased resistance can eventually cause modules to fail.

This product is also recommended for use on spark plug wire boots to facilitate boot removal from spark plugs at a later time.
