We reserve the right to refuse any sale of products listed here including GM Licensed Products.
Modification of The Site and These Terms & Conditions Highway Stars, Ltd. reserves the right to change, modify, alter, update or discontinue the terms, conditions and notices under which this Site is offered and the links, content, information, prices and any other materials offered via this website at any time and from time to time without notice or further obligation to you except as may be provided therein. We have the right to adjust prices from time to time. If for some reason there may have been a price mistake, Highway Stars, Ltd. has the right to refuse the order. By your continued use of our website following such modifications, alterations or updates, you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations, or updates.
Order Acceptance Policy Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Highway Stars, Ltd reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. If the situation arises in which we can not fulfill the complete quantity ordered/paid for, we will notify the customer of the difference, and difference will be refunded back to the original payment transaction.
Credit card purchases: Please read before purchasing Please be aware that all credit cards transactions are processed through the Paypal processor which is PCI compliant. All credit card purchases must be 100% verified via the Paypal system. If a customer does not already have established credit with our company, any credit card purchases over $100 may be transacted and paid via check/money order. As of 2012, we have heightened our security approval measures for all credit card purchases. If a payment is made via credit card in which the transaction does not meet the required approval, we reserve the right to refund your purchase and request payment be made via check/money order. All checks/money orders must be cleared before product is shipped. Phone orders may be accepted via check/money order payment.
Highway Stars Buick Grand National Parts offers the following GENERAL Returns Policy:
BRAND NEW PARTS RETURNED WHICH ARE UNOPENED, UNINSTALLED AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING: Returned goods are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All shipping costs are the buyers responsibility unless otherwise noted.
Electrical parts are non-returnable/non-refundable All returns must be pre-authorized and assigned a Returned Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) All returned merchandise must be accompanied by the assigned RMA #. Returned merchandise must be unused, uninstalled, and sent back to Highway Stars complete and unopened in it's original packaging as originally received. Upon receipt of the return merchandise, a product evaluation will be performed. NOTE: ANY RETURNED PARTS THAT SHOW SIGNS OF INSTALLATION, USE or ABUSE WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR ANY REFUND. If the part is defective, refer to "defective return policy" Parts returned up to 30 days after date of purchase may be entitled to a partial refund upon evaluation. Parts returned from 31 days-60 days after date of purchase may be entitled to a partial store credit. Unless specifically noted, no returns beyond 60 days. NOTE: MOST DEFECTIVE PARTS MAY ONLY BE EXCHANGED FOR AN REPLACEMENT, IF THE RETURN FALLS WITHIN THE STANDARDS OF OUR RETURN POLICY. This exchange for replacement policy does not apply to NOS, discontinued, or parts we no longer carry. Defective parts accompanied by an RMA # (other than electrical parts) may be returned up to 60 days after date of purchase. Unless specifically noted, no returns beyond 60 days. Please contact us for details. Product warranties differ from item to item. Additional warranty information is available either in the specific product description or by contacting us.
